This kind little Gum Blossom is an orphan who meets Snugglepot and Cuddlepie at a dance and they become best friends. She is adopted by the actress Lilly Pilly and becomes her little sister. Ragged Blossom loves babies and for a time she lived under the ocean and cared for Little Obelia.
