Herb bouquets are a very affordable and extremely useful gift idea!
Flowers can be hard to find in autumn and winter, but greenery like herbs can grow all year round. Herbs can produce the most amazing aroma and they look splendid gathered together into a bouquet.
Unlike flowers, herbs will wilt sooner though and they are best used within days of being gifted. But if you are after a thoughtful gift that can be used in the kitchen to add flavour to dishes or simply displayed in a vase where their aroma can be enjoyed, these herb bouquets are going to be appreciated by whoever you gift them to!

Herb Bouquet Instructions
STEP 1: Cut a number of different herbs to place into your bouquet. I chose rosemary, mint, sage, tarragon, parsley and thyme
STEP 2: Gather your herbs into a bouquet. Place taller stems of herbs to the back of your bouquet and any overflowing herbs like tarragon to the front of the bouquet.
STEP 3: Grab a brown paper bag and cut it diagonally.
STEP 4: Place the bouquet inside the diagonally shaped brown paper parcel.
STEP 5: Squeeze (gently) the brown paper bag around the stems of your herb bouquet.
