Back to school means it’s time to get organised for the stream of forms and notes that will come home to remind you of upcoming excursions and school events.
A great way to keep those notes neat and tidy (yet front of mind) is by making a noticeable clip holder for the fridge.
This Bush Stick Note Holder for the fridge is a fun craft to create and makes for a useful tool to stay organised for the school year.
Materials
Paperbark from a tree – find bark that has fallen off the tree
Various sticks
Magnetic Clip
Secateurs
Hot glue gun
Instructions
STEP 1: Trim your paperbark to a 10-15cm length. The width needs to be 2-3cm and be able to stick to the top of your magnetic clip.
STEP 2: Use secateurs to trim sticks and create the word “N O T E S”.
STEP 3: Apply the hot glue gun to your paperbark strip to glue the stick letters.
STEP 4: Once the glue is dry, apply glue to the back of the paperbark to adhere to the magnetic clip.
STEP 5: When it’s fully adhered and the glue has dried, you can place your note holder on the fridge, ready to hold school notes and important leaflets about upcoming excursions.
