Are you after an easy Christmas dessert the kids can whip up? These Flower Sprinkle Meringue Nests will be sure to delight! They have the gumnut babies’ stamp of approval with the delicate edible flower petals as the feature of this dessert.
I recently took my girls to Elderflower Farm which is a farm where you can pick your own flowers. It was while visiting their Scenic Rim Shop I was able to purchase a jar of edible flower sprinkles. Only certain flowers are edible so it’s best to purchase (rather than forage) to be sure they can be eaten!
These edible flower sprinkles gave me an idea for this simple Christmas dessert. But really it could be enjoyed all year round!
